Locus Tuition runs on a four-week rolling monthly commitment. There is no fixed contract. Sessions are booked and paid for roughly a month in advance — approximately four sessions at a time — which gives your child a consistent rhythm and lets us plan a proper sequence of lessons rather than ad-hoc, unconnected ones.
Payment is taken roughly a month in advance, covering the upcoming block of sessions. There's no long-term contract — you're only ever committing to the sessions you've already booked and paid for.
If you decide not to continue, simply don't book and pay for the following month — that's all it takes. We ask for reasonable notice, ideally before the next month's sessions are planned, so we can manage the schedule fairly for other students.
Individual session cancellations should be given at least 24 hours' notice where possible, so the slot can be offered elsewhere or rearranged.
Sessions missed without at least 24 hours' notice are treated as used and are non-refundable. Sessions cancelled with proper notice can usually be rescheduled, subject to availability. This clause is a draft default — it isn't a policy that's been stated elsewhere on the site, and Amit should confirm or adjust it before this page is relied on.
